CAMILA BRIñEZ

Founder, Choreographer & Teacher

3X World Salsa Champion Camila Briñez started dancing at the age of 12. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Camila's dream since she was little was to open her own latin dance school, so that she can share her passion and love for latin dance with others. At the beginning of 2021, her dream finally came true, when she and her partner Gino decided to go all in and open Ritmo Dance Studio in Pembroke Pines, FL.


Camila has been seen performing across many international stages and has been featured with artists like Gilberto Santa Rosa, Enrique Iglesias, Tony Succar, Pitbull and many more.

GINO ESCALONA

Founder, Choreographer & Teacher

Originally from Venezuela, Gino Escalona has been dancing since the age of 4. He is an accomplished professional dancer that has performed and competed on many international stages and has won multiple Latin Pro awards.


Gino is the mastermind behind the dance studio operations, customer experience and everything that goes behind the scene. However, when he is not working behind the scenes, you'll find him choreographing and teaching salsa, bachata and hip-hop classes, the true passion that he shares with Camila.
